Trips to Chicago and Minnesota

We made our way to two lovely weddings in mid-October.  First, we went to Chicago to see Sam and Matt tie the knot at the Adler Planetarium, and then we went straight to Minnesota to see Chris' brother Nick get married.  We are so glad to see even more good friends and family - Spencer is so lucky to have them in his life.  We are especially grateful that the Lyles extended family was able to meet Spencer.

The start of fall

Let's be honest, this blog is really just pictures of Spencer, so here are a few more.  As he turned 7 months old, he continued to tackle new milestones, such as: getting top teeth to match his two new bottom ones, standing up while holding onto furniture (although no interest in crawling at this point), loving all foods put in front of him, eating all of his books, and new crazy noises (as evidenced in the attached video).  Although he was still only in the 10th percentile for height and weight at his 6 month check-up, I can't believe how big he is getting!  And yes, his head is still in the 75th percentile:)
